What a month April has been! I always enjoy sitting down at the end of the month to put my life update together as it forces me to think back and reflect upon all the lovely things I’ve done. April has been an amazing month for me, and that’s mainly down to one thing, but there’s lot to tell you, so as always grab yourself a cuppa (in true Victoria fashion) and read on for my April life update!

My trip to the States
Obviously my holiday to California and the West was going to be at the top of the list as it is the most exciting thing that I did this month! Jack and I spent two weeks travelling through California, stopping in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego, as well as travelling across into Nevada where we spent two nights in Las Vegas and made a trip out to see the Hoover Dam and the absolutely incredible Grand Canyon! There is just so much to tell you about everything that we saw, did and ate, that I already have a number of blog posts lining up to be written. Personally my highlight was our day trip to the Grand Canyon as its been on my bucket-list for – like – forever – and it was just such a special and unforgettable day!
Infinity War
Considering the fact that my boyfriend is a mega-marvel nerd it should come as no surprise that I saw the newest marvel film, Infinity War, as soon as it made its way on to the cinema screens. The almost 3 hour film was a roller-coaster filled with heartache, adrenaline and action, and was enjoyable even for non mega-fan.
Brunching at Coppa’s
I do love brunching and its even better when it’s cooked for you and there’s no washing up. We tried out the newly opened Coppa Club in Henley-on-Thames last weekend and I pretended I was still on holiday, ordering the pancakes with bacon. Needless to say it was pretty darn good! Thank you Coppa’s!

In Case You Missed Them..
April on the blog started with a post on the most Instagrammable spots in Berlin which features all sorts of beautiful and photogenic places around the city include the East Side Gallery, Schloss Charlottenburg, and Babelsberg Park. I then shared my quick guide to Budapest which I finally got around to finishing, almost 2 years after visiting the city.. please forgive me! Next was my jumbo photo diary and first post following my amazing trip around California and the west. Last but not least, my most recent post features the best food in California, as eaten by me, which may well get you feeling hungry!

April has been another month filled with exciting things and I’m not sure how May is going to beat it. At least we’ve got a bank holiday to look forward to, hopefully some warmer weather on the horizon, and the half term holiday at the end of the month! Thanks so much for stopping by to read my life update and until next time! Love V x
